Airex permanent metal filters are available in 1/2 inch, 1 inch or 2 inch thickness' in all standard sizes, as well as a variety of custom sizes. They are available in heavy duty or medium duty construction; galvanized, aluminum or stainless steel. Airex metal filters are lightweight, durable, washable, and easy to clean: Simply flush with warm water or steam. Drain holes are provided to remove excess water. Airex metal filters are constructed with either layers of woven aluminum mesh secured by a sturdy aluminum frame, or rugged wire mesh with a heavy metal frame. Also available Airex baffle filters. Baffle filters are designed to aid in the removal of grease, while preventing a flame from entering the duct. |
| PAD HOLDING FRAMES

Airex permanent pad holding frames are available in 1/2 inch 1 inch or 2 inch thickness' in all standard sizes, as well as a variety of custom sizes. The 1 and 2 inch thick filters are available with doors, the 1/2 inch thick filters are available with a cross piece in place of a door. With the Airex pad holding frame, you have the option of using a number of different materials depending on your needs - (fiberglass, polyester, carbon, foam, paper…). Simply open the hinged frame door, remove the dirty pad, and replace it with a new one. Disposal of the used filter pad is much more cost effective than a full framed filter. Performance data will differ depending on which filtering material is used.
