SUPERFLOW-V

Our superflow HEPA air filters use mini pleat teachnology to produce a highly efficient, low resistant filter.

The Airex Superflow-V filter uses minipleat technology typically found in HEPA and ULPA filters to produce a high efficient, low resistant filter with up to 220 quare feet of media. Lower resistance means lower energy demand, longer service life, and lower maintenance costs. The Superflow-V can handle up to 750 FPM, which makes it the perfect solution when the need for high efficiency and low resistance meet high airflow requirements and space constraints. The filter frame is made of a fire retardant plastic with extruded aluminum vertical supports to provide a lightweight filter. The Superflow-V is available in 75%, 85%, 95% and 98% ASHRAE efficiencies and 95% DOP.

HEPA & DIMPLE PLEAT HEPA

Our HEPA and dimple pleat HEPA air filters are used in hospitals, bio-medical manufacturing processes and clean rooms. They are manufactured to be the perfect solution for industrial, commercial, institutional and residential applications.

The Airex Micro Air 99.97% and 99.99% efficient HEPA filters are used in many applications, including hospitals, bio-medical, manufacturing process’ and clean rooms. Each Industrial Grade Filter is manufactured and tested in accordance with IES Recommended Practice IES-RP-CC-001-86 for Type A filters and in accordance with Army Mil-Std-282. The Micro Air is available in a variety of frame materials including particleboard, plywood, aluminum, galvanized steel and stainless steel. The frame style can be manufactured with or without headers, and with or without flanges. The filter media is a Non-woven glass paper, DOP tested with a minimum efficiency of 99.97%. The filter pack is available either pleated over .0015” thick corrugated aluminum separators, or as a separatorless filter pack as in the pureform filter (pictured above). The filter pack is bonded to the frame using Fire-retardant solid urethane, urethane foam, or hard urethane. A variety of gaskets are also available including neoprene, choralastic silicone sponge, glass packing, and BLU-JEL Seal. (Available in 1100 CFM or 2000 CFM)

TERMINAL HEPA MODULES

Our terminal HEPA filter modules provide ducted air supply or mixed flow in clean room applications. Using dimple pleat technology, our terminal HEPS filter modules are constructed to achieve the lowest possible resistance and reduce the possibility of offgassing.

Airex Terminal Filter Modules provide ducted air supply or mixed-flow in cleanroom applications from class 1 to class 100,000. Available in 99.99%, 99.9995, and 99.99999% efficiencies, each filter is tested in accordance with IES-RP-CC-007.1 by dual laser spectrometer using a polystyrene latex (PSL) test challenge. The spectrometer samples simultaneously both upstream and downstream of the filter and calculates its efficiency by particle size in seven size ranges from .07um to 3.0 um. In addition to the test for efficiency and penetration, each filter element is tested for pinhole leaks in the media and the edge sealant by challenging the filter with the test aerosol and scanning the face and edge with a laser particle counter. Airex Terminal Filter Modules use dimple pleat technology to achieve the lowest possible resistance and reduce the possibility of offgassing. The filter pack is available in a 2” pack which offers lower initial cost, weight, and depth; or a four inch pack which offers significantly lower operation costs for a given efficiency. A painted expanded metal grille protects the filter pack from damage while in use.
